ITINERARY AND CHECK-IN
Check Your Itinerary:
Upon receipt of your itinerary, please review it carefully to confirm all details are correct, including name spelling, members of your travel party, dates, times, fares, and rates. Notify Curated Passage immediately of any discrepancies.
Flight Check-in:
Clients are responsible for reviewing airline instructions, enrolling in applicable airline mobile apps, and monitoring schedule or gate changes. Arrive at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to international departures and two (2) hours prior to domestic departures.
Reconfirmation:
Schedule changes are common. Clients are responsible for reconfirming flight times prior to departure and return.
TSA GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID AND REAL ID REQUIREMENTS
Beginning May 7, 2025, all air travelers 18 years of age or older must present a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another acceptable form of identification to fly within the United States. Information regarding acceptable identification may be found at https://www.tsa.gov/real-id. Clients are responsible for confirming compliance with these requirements.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS NOTICE (INCLUDING PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS)
Passport copies are required to book and confirm international air reservations.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, health documentation, and vaccination certificates. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of travel and may require four (4) to six (6) blank pages depending on destination and airline requirements.
Failure to strictly comply with documentation requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Curated Passage and Largay Travel bear no responsibility.

VISA CHALLENGES AND ENTRY EXCEPTIONS
Issuance of a visa does not guarantee entry into any country. Final admission decisions are made by local immigration authorities. Curated Passage and Largay Travel are not responsible for denied entry or lost payments resulting from visa issues.
TRAVEL TO OR THROUGH CANADA
Travelers with criminal convictions, including DWI/DUI, should independently verify Canadian entry requirements. Curated Passage does not inquire into personal legal history, and final entry decisions rest solely with Canadian border officials.
HEALTH, VACCINATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT ADVISORIES
Curated Passage strongly recommends that travelers consult the U.S. State Department (http://travel.state.gov) and Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov) for destination-specific advisories. Required or recommended vaccinations are the sole responsibility of the traveler, in consultation with their medical provider.
